We care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. 

Yes. We specialize in overnight and live-in care for families who need consistent coverage or additional support during transitions such as returning to work, welcoming a newborn, or extended travel.

Absolutely. Many of our nannies are experienced travelers and can accompany your family domestically or internationally. We handle logistics and contracts for seamless travel arrangements.

Every Repose nanny completes an extensive vetting process including in-depth interviews, verified professional references, background checks, and certification verification (CPR, First Aid, and specialized training when applicable).

Yes. Many of our nannies have advanced experience in newborn and infant care, including sleep routines, feeding support, and gentle scheduling. If you think you may be interested in postpartum doula support, check out Repose Birth, our sister company.

Of course. After we identify a strong match, you’ll have the opportunity to interview the nanny (virtually or in-person) to ensure compatibility with your family’s needs and values.

We recommend at least 4 weeks in advance for ongoing placements, and as early as possible for travel or newborn care.  For emergency or back-up care, we do our best to accommodate requests within 24 hours.

We offer flexible short-term placements for families who need coverage during transitions, such as maternity leave, summer months, or while between schools or caregivers.

Yes. Our agency fee covers recruitment, screening, matchmaking, and ongoing family support. All costs are shared upfront before you confirm your booking.
